Description |
Previous studies have shown that histone variant H2A.J accumulates in human fibroblasts during replicative and radiation-induced senescence and modulates the secretion of inflammatory cytokines. Our previous research shows that H2A.J is a sensitive marker of senescent keratinocytes in the human epidermis in the context of skin aging. |
